Welcome to the 2026-2027 Aftercare Program!
Bloomingdale Day Care is pleased to offer before care and aftercare for the 2026-2027 school year in partnership with the Bloomingdale School District.
Program Locations
- Martha B. Day School (MBD): Aftercare is available for students assigned to MBD.
- Samuel R. Donald School (SRD): Aftercare is available for students assigned to SRD.
- Walter T. Bergen School (WTB): WTB students are transported by the district to SRD for aftercare.

2026-2027 Monthly Tuition Rates

Children who start before September 16, 2026 will be charged full monthly tuition. Children who start on or after September 17, 2026 will have tuition prorated.
Drop-In Rates
- Before Care Drop-In: $15 per day
- Aftercare Drop-In, regular school day: $25 per day
- Aftercare Drop-In, school half day: $35 per day
Annual registration fee: $75 per child.
Security deposit: $150 per child. The deposit is non-refundable and will be used for services rendered. Families must provide 30 days written notice for the deposit to be applied to the final month of service.
Payments received after 12:00 p.m. on the second program day of the month will incur a $5 per day late fee.
Late pickup fee: $10 per 5 minutes after closing time.
Discounts: Eligible families may receive a $30 sibling discount and/or a $30 before-and-aftercare discount. Discounts apply only to full-time enrollment. The sibling discount requires both siblings to be enrolled 5 days per week. The before-and-aftercare discount requires the child to be enrolled 5 days per week in both before care and aftercare.
Important Enrollment Information
To register, families must submit the online application/contract and complete all required acknowledgements, including the Field Trip / Walking Permission Form.
To start during the first week of school, registration must be submitted by Friday, August 21, 2026.
Enrollment is not fully confirmed until required forms and payments are received and processed.
Communication & ProCare App
After your application is processed, you will receive a ProCare invitation. ProCare is used for billing, payments, check-in/check-out, messages, emergency notices, and program updates.
